Booking.com

Booking does a lot for its customers but also for its partners who are the property owners.

The project with booking.com consisted in analyzing the data that exists on the internet & similar to the data of the properties and booking.com customers and to cross them with the existing data and to measure the effectiveness of strategies, to identify trends and patterns, to understand customer behavior, and to evaluate the success of initiatives.

For this we analyzed the data from a few sites and then we structured them according to the KPI scheme proposed by our partner.
Then we compared the data with the KPIs of booking's partners on the booking.com platform. In summary, this project API and data integration involves defining the requirements, integrating it with the platform, testing the integration, monitoring and maintaining the integration to ensure its continued functionality.
This helps owners to make informed decisions and to optimize their operations based on objective evidence. It can also help to be more efficient and effective, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
